Urban Explorers Programme
MADE
MADE is the architecture centre in the West Midlands, supporting and promoting excellence in the designed environment: architecture, public spaces and urban design working together to make better places for people. Urban Explorers is based upon an initiative first developed in partnership with MADE, Creative Partnerships and years 4 and 6 of Chandos Primary School, Birmingham in the spring and summer terms of 2007.
Shaping Places Programme
The Kent Centre for Architecture and The Solent Centre for Architecture + Design
Shaping Places s the education programme, developed by the Kent Architecture Centre, to bring together teachers, artists and built environment practitioners to develop projects in schools in south east England, introducing young people to the process of change in their local townscape.
Spacemakers Project
The Architecture Centre Bristol
Spacemakers was a two-year project in which young people designed a public space within their own community in the Hartcliffe and Withywood area of Bristol.
